Shipping policy

We offer domestic shipping and all shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless stated otherwise.  

We ship most items via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority, however some items may ship UPS depending on the nature of the weight. Please allow 12-14 business days for your order to arrive.

Tucson General is not responsible for lost, stolen, or uncollected packages.
