All sales are final. We don't accept returns.

Tucson General does our best to photograph and describe every item accurately. Vintage pieces have usually been worn and may show signs of age, including stains and flaws. Please review the description, measurements, and photos carefully to understand an item's condition. We may not be able to list every flaw, but anything not mentioned in the description should be visible in the photos.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in shipping, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at tucsongeneral629@gmail.com with photos so we can look into it and make it right.

Pre-existing wear, stains, and flaws shown in the listing photos or description are not considered damage.
